VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL

In “Transind” vacuum circuit breaker, the fixed and moving contacts are enclosed in a permanently sealed vacuum interrupter. The arc is extinct as the contacts are separated in high vacuum. It is mainly used for medium voltage ranging from 11 kV to 33 kV.

The vacuum circuit breaker has mainly two phenomenal properties.

  • High insulating strength: In comparison to various other insulating media used in circuit breaker vacuum is the superior dielectric medium.
  • When an arc is opened by moving apart the contacts in a vacuum, an interruption occurs at the first current zero.
  • With the arc interruption, their dielectric strength increases up to a rate of thousand times as compared to other breakers.
  • It provides safe and reliable medium-voltage power distribution and stands out for its long service life.
  • It breaks all currents in the range of its ratings, from small inductive and capacitive load currents to high short-circuit currents.

LOAD BREAKER SWITCH PANEL

Air insulated switch disconnections are suitable for cable sectionalizing, transformer and motor circuit switching, in secondary distribution substations for supply lines, transformers and ring networks. The disconnections can be combined with DIN standard fuses for transformer protection. It is suitable to switch voltages from 1000 volts to 33 kilo volts.

  • LBS are a replacement for 2 pole structure.
